1/4 cup of eggs
1/2 cup of mushroom mix with pepper, you can add everything you want.
a little cook sweeping the potato
a cup of spinach and kale mix
Food 2
one cup of protein powder
a cup of baby spinach
a hand full of blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen bananas
a spoonful of almond butter
Food 3
a cup of baby spinach
a vegetarian burger for the hamburger beyond, for all the food
1/2 cup of jasmine rice
