TREATMENT OF DIABETES IN NADIPATY

WHAT IS DIABETES: It is the condition by which the body can not balance glucose levels due to lack of energy for the pancreas (or) the body can not use insulin to maintain glucose homeostasis. It was first known in the seventeenth century, later it became a dangerous demon for human life.

Again, diabetes differs in two types: diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus. Diabetes mellitus is mainly caused by insulin deficiency due to lack of energy in the pancreas (or) to any autoimmune disease. While diabetes insipidus is caused by a defect in the secretion of vasopressin (antidiuretic hormone) secreted by the pituitary gland present in the hypothalamus. Its function is to reabsorb water from the distal tubules in the kidney and, due to this, control the concentration of urine. But its deficiency caused a greater excretion of water through the urine, even in a low water intake.

Diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus are unrelated, although they have similar signs and symptoms, such as excessive thirst and excess urination. Diabetes mellitus is more common than diabetes insipidus.

MELLITUS DIABETES:

There are mainly three types of diabetes mellitus.

DIABETES TYPE 1:

The body does not produce insulin due to the lack of function of the pancreas. Such diabetes called insulin-dependent diabetes. People usually develop type 1 diabetes before age 40, often in early adulthood (or) in adolescence.

Today, type 1 diabetes does not have adequate treatment worldwide. So these people depend on insulin for the rest of their lives. Approximately 23% of all diabetes cases are type

COMMON SYMPTOMS OF DIABETES TYPE 1:
ü Unusual weight loss.
ü Fatigue (or) fatigue.
ü Excessive thirst
ü Increased urination (sometimes as often as every hour).
ü Nausea maybe vomiting.
ü Blurred vision
ü In women frequent vaginal infections.
ü Dry mouth.
ü Itchy skin.
ü Wounds of slow healing.

TYPE 2 DIABETES:

Globally, as of 2013, an estimated 382 million people have type 2 diabetes worldwide. About 90% of cases are type 2 diabetes. This is happening due to the lack of energy in the pancreas. So the pancreas can not produce enough insulin to maintain the homeostasis of glucose in our body.

COMMON SYMPTOMS OF DIABETES TYPE 2:

ü Unusual weight loss (or) gain.
ü Excessive thirst
ü Excessive hunger.
ü Weak eye view.
ü Increased urination (especially during the night).
ü Fatigue (or) fatigue.
ü In women frequent vaginal infections.
ü Wounds of slow healing.

GESTATION DIABETES:
This type of diabetes usually occurs in pregnant mothers during the gestation period (pregnancy). Then, there is an increase in the high blood sugar level in the pregnant mother. Most gestational diabetes disappears after delivery, but puts you at a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes later on.

COMMON SYMPTOMS OF GESTATION DIABETES:

ü Increased urination
ü Fatigue (or) fatigue
ü Increased thirst
ü Nausea and vomiting
ü Blurred vision
ü Weight loss
ü Hormonal imbalance
ü Pains in the head
ü Pain in the body

DIABETES INSIPIDUS: The different forms of diabetes insipidus are:

INSIPIDUS OF THE NEUROGENIC DIABETES:
Neurogenic diabetes insipidus is more commonly known as central diabetes insipidus. It is caused by damage to the pituitary gland present in the hypothalamus region (u) other reasons such as autoimmune, infection, surgery, head trauma and some drugs.

INSIPIDUS OF THE NEPHROGENIC DIABETES:

Nephrogenic diabetes insipidus is caused by an inadequate response of the kidney to ADH, which leads to a decrease in the kidney's ability to concentrate urine by eliminating free water.

INSIPIDUS DIABETES DIPSÓGENO:

Dipogenic diabetes insipidus is a defect or damage in the mechanism of thirst, which is found in the hypothalamus. This defect results in the inability of the water deficit to trigger the secretion of vasopressin and thirst. Such patients tend to develop hypernatermia and dehydration without seeking water to drink.
