the weight increased. I've started eating what I want now, just to see how I feel. I feel wonderful, even though I started to eat things like pizza again (almost a whole pie in one session). The taste of food is much better, even throughout the week – not only after the fast breaks.
I had three bagels with cream cheese and butter this morning. Delicious.
It is reassuring to know that despite eating whatever you want, whenever you want when you do not fast, the weight does not balloon like it did when I did other diets. If I want, I could fast a second day during the week and the weight will go down.

The weight was 254.5 after yesterday on Monday. I am now fasting two days during the week for the last 2 weeks. The weight has come down, but slowly. I am still eating very high calorie foods, such as whipped cream, birthday cake, etc. It's kind of a karmic thing, I suppose. But my waist continues to contract. I had to punch holes in my belts, since I could not stand my pants anymore. Two other facts stand out. My stomach has been reduced considerably. I can not eat two baked potatoes in one sitting, as I could before. I was very full after 1. So I guess this is the cheap alternative for stomach stapling.
The second thing I noticed was my skin texture changed to a much softer feeling. I did not notice this effect with the weekly fast. I know the skin gets rid of the toxins through the skin. Perhaps this effect is due to continued fasting instead of 2 days a week.
May 25, 2008. – I am still in the same weight, despite the fast two days a week. I have noticed that I am finally decreasing the total amount of food I am now eating, so I know that the calorie count is going down. I will now start a Hatha Yoga regimen, to improve weight loss.
I feel much better, even if I still have the same weight. My blood pressure seems to have normalized to 120/80.
