How Much Vitamin C is Too Much? | How Much Vitamin C Can I Take | Best Form of Vitamin C

How much vitamin C is too much? One thing to remember is that if you have been taking the correct forms of vitamin C, there has been no one who has gone down with the toxicity of vitamin C, no adverse health claims have been accepted by all natural health professionals and allopathic, no child has been hospitalized due to overdose of vitamin C, like other forms of synthetic drugs.

The fact is that we have to look at what time of vitamin C we are talking about. We can not simply generalize all of vitamin C into a group and say that taking too much vitamin C is not good for you. Are we talking about synthetic forms of vitamin C, we are talking about vitamin C-based fruits like acerola, kiwi and oranges, we are talking about vitamin C supplements that come with other additives and preservatives?

In today's over-toxify world, with its pesticides, aluminum, GMOs, plastics and the rest taking high doses of a powerful antioxidant like Vitamin C on a daily basis is not only not harmful but absolutely essential.

We can group vitamin c into 3 different categories. I'll go over them and leave the links in the description for the guys to check out.

==== 1. Pure oral vitamin C powder =====

Sodium ascorbate:

Ascorbic acid:

Almost all vitamin C supplements will have a 20% absorption at best. There are two forms of vitamin C that have been extensively investigated and have enough clinical evidence to prove that they are absolutely safe without harmful side effects when taken orally.
And these are Asocrbic Acid and Ascorbate Sodium, which I recommend …. and you will not have any health problems with them.
You see, vitamin C in general is a water soluble supplement which means that your gut can only retain a certain amount at any given time. If you take too much of it at a time you will only pass through your bowels like loose stools that is medically called "vitamin C". Everyone has a different vitamin C. Someone can hit flush with 5

Hitting vitamin C is not a bad thing, actually Dr. Thomas Levy (one of the world's leading vitamin C researcher) says you do not need a bad thing, it's actually a good thing. He recommends that people hit vitamin C redden a few times a week to clean their guts.

Basically, you want to take ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate in the form of pure powder without additives, colors or sweeteners. Just look at the back of the product and make sure it is just that. The products I use are usually from food Now, I found it to be relatively quality.

I personally recommend Asocrobate for Sodium on Ascor Ascorbic simply because it is an alkaline form of Vitamin C, and lasts in the bloodstream 3 times more.

Start with a couple of grams in water or a juice and build up after a few hours or day to day until vitamin C is hidden flush. Do not worry, nothing will happen, you will only get a semi-loose stool loose or bowel movement. After figuring out how much color to simply reduce a gram or 2 and keep having your mega dose of vitamin C every day and your body will thank you for it and you will be happier and healthier.

==== IV vitamin C ====

This is a great form of vitamin C for anyone who is suffering from a chronic condition, including cancer patients, heart patients, people with diabetes, etc. For this form of vitamin C, the recommendation is to go see a naturopath or a medical staff who is certified to administer IV.

Vitamin Liposomal C ===

By far the best form of vitamin C is Liposomal encapsulated Vitamin C. This is a 21st century technology to convert water soluble vitamin C into soluble fat, which has gained a lot of attention. Basically, by encapsulating water-soluble vitamin C molecules into lipid (or fat) molecules, it has given us the ability to take vitamin C orally and have an astounding absorption of almost 99%.
