How I Lost 7 Lbs in 8 Days (Alternate Day Fasting - Wk 2)

What I'm talking about how I lost seven pounds from eating too much pizza. Also: my goals, future plans, ways and means of losing weight with alternative fasting (ADF).

NOTE My method of measuring weight: I always weight when I wake up in the morning after a quick day, after peeing, but before drinking anything. This is the best "baseline" I can understand, unless you know something better. In which case, tell me.
