Flax seeds are full of nutrients

Flax seeds are best when consumed in ground form because they are easy to absorb
This recipe is for everyone, from children to the elderly.
It is used as a dietary treatment for hormonal imbalance and weight loss.
All you need is:
1. One cup of flax seeds
2.Media cup by chana dal
3.Cuarter cup of urad dal
4. One cup of curry leaves
5 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds
6. One spoonful of jeera.
7. A small lemon tamarind
8. One garcinia piece
9. Half a spoonful of turmeric
10. One tablespoon of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
11.Quarter spoonful hing
12. Half a tablespoon of brown sugar or jaggery powder (jaggery is rich in iron and helps treat anemia by improving the hemoglobin content)
13. Half a spoonful of turmeric
14.1 tablespoon of cow ghee
✔ To add to the pan chana dal, urad dal, flax seeds, red chili peppers from Kashmir, garcinia, tamarind and Jeera
✔Take the roast for about 10 minutes over medium heat
✔️Now keep it aside and let it cool completely
✔️In the same pan, add a tablespoon of ghee cow and the curry leaves frigilise until they become crispy
✔️ Once everything is fresh add it to a blender with Hing, turmeric salt and sugar
✔️ Dye a fine powder
Enjoy with hot rice, cow's ghee and your favorite garnish
