Type 2 diabetes is entirely a disease based on lifestyle and one has to make some healthy changes in lifestyle to reverse type 2 diabetes. One should achieve a healthy lifestyle and should include healthy routine and regular physical activities in the daily routine and should consume a healthy and nutritious but adequate diet for diabetics in order to cure and reverse type 2 diabetes and continue a healthy life ahead.
