A delicious and simple chop recipe made with Col and palak. It is very good for your body and has many nutrients and vitamins in them. And palak is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin C and vitamin B6. Spinach has abundance of Vit K, Vit A, magnesium, folate (ie Iron), calcium, Vit C, Vit B2, potassium and Vit B6. This combination of two can make your meal more delicious and also full of nutrients.
