Now let me say from the beginning, I have never tried essential oils to control diabetes. I have tried essential oils for other minor problems with some limited success. But I will not discount a treatment if it has worked for others.

Therefore, my research took me to several places on the Internet about essential oils for diabetes.

Now, let me also tell you in advance that essential oils WILL NOT cure your diabetes. But there are some natural compounds that have properties that help our bodies in many different ways.

I researched more than 20 different essential oils that people made claims about diabetes. The answer was the best, but I could not reduce it to just 1 BETTER. So I'm going to give you the 3 best ones that in my research seem to have some therapeutic value for people with type 2 diabetes.

With my limited knowledge in this area, I have relied on the documentation of others in my research. I thank you very much.

The key to finding the right balance between diabetes and essential oils is to know your treatment expectations. If your goal is to lose weight to relieve the severity of your diabetes, then using essential oils in a diffuser may be the trick. However, if you are trying to heal a scratch or a wound, then topical application is what you need.

Essential oils should be integrated into your lifestyle in such a way that you can manage not only the cause but also your symptoms.
So I have tried to break down the use of each one in how they can be applied. Here are the 3 C's of essential oils and diabetes.

While one can also use the spice, cinnamon oil is much more potent and can be very beneficial in maintaining blood sugar levels. As a result, it prevents sugar cravings, overeating and fatigue. There are many ways in which diabetics can use cinnamon oil in their daily lives and benefit from its natural healing properties, instead of relying solely on medications.

Coriander essential oil

Coriander has been used conventionally to help treat digestive problems such as diarrhea, flatulence, anorexia and colicky pain. However, coriander or coriander essential oil can also be used to combat this disease. Research shows that cilantro can reduce serum glucose and promote insulin secretion in the pancreas. In addition, this oil also improves the absorption of insulin by the cells and helps reduce blood sugar levels in type 2. Here are some ways you can use coriander oil to control the symptoms of diabetes:

Topical use: the essential oil of cinnamon and coriander are known for their powerful effects in the fight against the effects. You can mix a few drops of both in a carrier oil, such as coconut, and rub it on the soles of your feet. Regular application will help maintain glucose levels.
