Dr. Berg talks about intermittent fasting with a frequency of once a day. If you get all your nutrients, it's not starvation, it's a super healthy eating plan. Doing this will not only help you lose weight (belly fat), but it will also help achieve autophagy, which consists of cleansing all damaged cell parts and bacterial debris (mold, fungi, viruses, candida and bacteria). It is anti-aging and will help your body's proteins. You want to gradually move to one meal per day, starting with three meals a day, then two and then one, make sure you do not eat anything. Our current diet in society is based on maintaining the blood sugar level and preventing a low blood sugar level (hypoglycemia). When fasting intermittently once a day, be sure to make keto (ketogenic diet) and not make junk food. Making 3 meals a day with snacks is not good for your health and will not help you lose weight, even if you do it in a healthy way because every time you eat insulin increases. This results in insulin resistance. This is also called metabolic syndrome. I think it can inhibit diabetes. Making 1 meal a day will increase its shelf life (anti-aging).
