Hello and welcome!

I'm Nora and I'm going to start with the fast diet (diet 5: 2). This type of fasting is introduced by Dr. Michael Mosley. He made a very interesting BBC documentary about fasting, called Eat, Fast and Live Longer. It is really a must see. See the link below in the description box.

So, what does fast diet say? She says she can eat five normal days and two non-executive days that she eats 500 (for women) or 600 (for men) calories per day.

In just five weeks, Dr. Michael Mosley lost almost one stone (6 kilos) and his blood markers, such as IGF-1, glucose and cholesterol, improved. Studies show that if that can be sustained, the risk of contracting age-related diseases such as cancer and diabetes will be greatly reduced.
