If you were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, you have a high risk of developing heart and circulatory diseases.
Follow the basic instructions given in the video to choose healthy foods and have an idea of a diabetic diet.
1) Daily exercise. 2) Avoid simple sugar or simple carbohydrates 3) Eat foods rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats. 3) Complete stop drinking alcohol 4) Quit smoking.
