Hello guys .. Today I bring to your kitchen not one but two healthy and nutritious breakfast recipes .. Time is a restriction for everyone, especially the early mornings, so this quick and easy breakfast recipes will surely help you lead a healthier lifestyle.

Ingredients:

For the spinach tortilla:

2 whole eggs
Spinach chopped 1/2 cup
1 small onion
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
low-fat grated cheese 1 teaspoon
Oil 1 teaspoon

Avena and Ragi Savory Pancake

Oatmeal 1 cup (grind regular oats in a powder)
Ragi millet flour / 1/2 cup finger
Semolina / Suji 1/4 cup
Buttermilk 1 cup (depending on consistency, u can add more buttermilk or water to adjust the dough thickness)
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Green Chilies 1 chopped
1 medium onion
1 grated carrot
Salt to taste
Garam Masala Powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1tsp
Bunch of cilantro / coriander
Oil 1/2 teaspoon to grease pan
