Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high levels of blood glucose (blood sugar), either because the production of insulin is inadequate or because the cells of the body do not respond adequately to insulin or both Patients with high blood sugar levels will usually experience polyuria (frequent urination), will have increasingly thirst (polydipsia) and hunger (polyphagia).
Yoga stimulates the organs which, in turn, improves the metabolic activities, which in turn improves the chemical transformation within the cells.
