Early in the morning: 7.00 am
Start your day with a glass of warm lemon water along with 5-6 almonds and 2 nuts
Breakfast: 8.30 – 9.00 am
For breakfast, drink a cup of milk or fruit smoothie with chia seeds. Alternatively, you can have a glass of badam / banana milk shake with half a banana or yogurt with fruit. Make sure you do not add sugar to your drinks.
Mid morning: 11.00.
Around midmorning, you can choose any fruit of choice. You can also alternate this with coconut water or lemon juice.
Lunch: 1.30 – 2.00 pm
For lunch, start with a salad plate of tomatoes, cucumber, onion or a leafy salad and a simple dressing of lemon or apple cider. Follow it with sautéed paneer and grilled vegetables of your choice.
Along with a raita cucumber.
Around night enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. You can also have a glass of coconut water. Along with this, take a handful of any of these: roasted peanuts, toasted makhana or sunflower
Dinner: 7.30 – 8.00 pm
For dinner, enjoy a plate of salad along with some chapatis made with Amarnath flour or Kuttu (buckwheat). Make sure to accompany this with some roasted vegetables such as ghia, tori or tinda.
For dessert, you can enjoy a bowl without sugar Kheer Carrot or Apple Makhana Kheer grated.
Bedtime: 10.00 pm
If you find that your blood sugar levels are low, you can have a cup of milk or a bowl of mixed fruits before sleeping.
