RE: FastingTwins: Is Intermittent Fasting Really A Long-term Solution??????

Believe it or not, intermittent fasting is a real long-term benefit. As a Buddhist monk, a disciple, our teachings in the temple have taught us that eating so much is bad. In fact, they taught us how to do an intermittent fast. The teachings of Buddhism date back to before the time of Christ and intermittent fasting has been long before Buddhism. It is practiced in most religions. Those who intermittently fast see the great wonders and benefit from it. Can you live long and be healthy? If you can. Many monks live their lives to the end. As his disciple, my mentor lives continuously healthy, maintains strength and vitality. Since Buddhist monks are not allowed to eat sweets, pop (pop), junk food, etc., they are limited to eating only normal foods that contain meat, vegetables and starches. Not all Buddhists are vegetarians. Nor is it possible to gain weight by eating meat, since my brothers in the temple do not seem to gain weight or change their weight. In any case, as Buddhist monks, we become cleaner from within and maintain strength, if not, we become physically stronger. My body actually doubled its size in a healthy way since my mother complements my state of health through the teachings of intermittent fasting. If it works for Buddhist monks for thousands of years, then it should work for anyone who continues to strengthen and maintain their health through intermittent fasting. Just to let you know, my mentor, the senior monk, was a kind friendly monk who lives above 75 years. He has been a monk since he was 20 years old. He has been practicing Buddhism for more than 50 years! Intermittent fasting is part of the lifestyle of the Buddhist Monk. 3 meals a day was considered too much food for the Buddha himself and I always thought that 2 meals were plentiful and I would never be too pleased. In some religions, the excess of complacency is a sin, therefore, I emphasize that eating too much will, of course, bring all kinds of diseases, such as diabetes, obesity, cancer, heart disease, etc. To control when to eat is a step to control your body Control your body is step towards happiness.
