THE PARTS OF THE BRAIN THAT CONTROL SLEEP AND METABOLISM ARE THE SAME. THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU DO NOT SLEEP ENOUGH, YOUR BODY WILL MODIFY THE LEVELS OF HORMONES RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR APPETITE, MAKING YOU FEEL LESS AND THEREFORE LEADING YOU TO EAT MORE THAN YOU NEED, WHICH LEADS TO WIN.

PEOPLE WHO SLEEP OR TOO MANY OR SMALL HAVE A SHORTER LIFESPAN AND ARE AT A HIGHER RISK OF TYPE 2 DIABETES.

A GOOD AMOUNT OF DREAM AFFECTS MEMORY AND CREATIVITY. WHEREAS, THE POOR ALLOWS CONCENTRATION AND LEARNING.

SO DO THE DREAM A PART OF YOUR WELFARE PLAN.
