Banana Oatmeal "Milk" or Chocolate Oatmeal
Lunch and dinner:
½ vegetable dish without starch and ½ plate of starches / beans
plus a serving of fruit (if desired)
Walk 10K + steps EVERY day (which includes at least one long walk)
I do not eat after dinner until after my morning walk.
I also started to make a completely raw day on Wednesdays to help reduce my overall caloric intake during the week to help keep the rest of my weight off.
