Children who do not get enough sleep are 58% more likely to be overweight or obese, according to an important review.

Those who did not meet the repetition guidelines accumulated more pounds at all ages from birth to 18 years.

The researchers cautioned that weight gain could lead to health problems, such as heart disease and diabetes. And they said that teachers and doctors should remind parents of the importance of good diet, exercise and sufficient tranquility.
