Fortunately, it's nothing of the above!

Intermittent fasting has been associated not only to help lose weight, but also to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer and mental illness, among others, among the possible health benefits. But what is intermittent fasting really?

Understanding intermittent fasting

There seems to be a lot of variety when it comes to intermittent fasting, but usually, you eat normally for five days a week, and the other two days you will fast for 24 hours or restrict calories.
