How to lose weight fast on the diet of 5 snacks?
The 5-bite diet is one of many doctors' diets that has been sweeping the world, thanks to its creator, Dr. Alwin Lewis, MD, and to Dr. Oz and his television show. While Dr. Oz publicly stated that very low-food intake over the long-term (for many weeks) is not healthy or safe, it is still popular, however. If you are looking for a quick way to lose weight, the 5-Bite Diet, while not good for your body for a long time, can be an effective quick fix.
Drink as much of any beverage as you want as long as it does not contain calories. Dr. Alwin Lewis says that drinking lots of fluids is an important part of your diet – it will help keep you feeling full and hydrated. Even if it's diet soda, it's fine – just keep those calories to a big fat zero.
He recommends a breakfast each morning for a large cup of black coffee and a "juicy" multi-vitamin. Your school of thought states that the body goes into a fasting mode at night, and the longer it can extend this state, the more weight it will lose.
Take 5 snacks of any food at lunch. This is where it comes down to you, as this is a modified fasting technique. You can eat 5 snacks of lettuce, 5 snacks of Thermidor lobster, or you can eat 5 snacks from a Snickers bar (Dr Alwin explains that a Snickers is the easiest way to set your & # 39; hungerstat). To see healthier success, vary these five bites as a meal – three bites of a hamburger, plus two bites of an apple, for example. Bite sizes will vary per person – general rule of thumb, if your bite takes more than 1 swallow it is too large of a bite.
Taking a multivitamin daily will help your body receive the nutrients it could lose by eating less food. On average people do not get the recommended daily vitamins, so taking a vitamin is always better!

Take a multi-vitamin with minerals and take a capsule of purified and concentrated omega3 fish oil every day. Dr. Lewis acknowledges that low amounts of food do not provide your body with enough micronutrient vitamins and minerals that you need to maintain and function, especially over a long period of time. Because of this, he advocates that all dieters take a multi-vitamin every day. To go forward, this stipulation must be respected.
Avoid closing your kidneys by keeping your hydration levels balanced. Make sure that some of your bites are loaded with protein. Get about two protein food bites every day (a medium sized Snakeser has several grams of protein for example). It is all too easy to get all your calories from carbohydrates and fat.
The easiest way to do this is with nuts, meat; chicken, turkey, beef and fish – are full. Tofu also has some proteins.
Take a bite bite between meals, if you'd like. Dr. Lewis says that 12 total bites per day is fine; so if you want, you can eat something between meals.
