In addition to a person's eating behavior, several factors can contribute to obesity, including lack of physical activity, lack of sleep, genetics, and the use of certain medications that can cause weight gain or water retention. Obesity is a condition in which a person has excess body fat. More than just a number on a scale or the size of a person's body, obesity can increase a person's risk of diseases and health problems, such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. It is a complex problem and a major concern for public health.
Obesity can be cured, but it is a long process that requires a personal commitment and a change in lifestyle. The methods that could help you lose weight include a healthy diet and exercise, lifestyle changes and a healthy diet.
