Dr. Berg discusses the importance of sleeping and losing weight. Talk about burning fat at home. Growth hormone is a very strong fat burning hormone and there are 3 factors that trigger this hormone: sleep, intensive exercise and reduced protein intake throughout the day. Considering normal sleep patterns, you need between 7.5 and 8.5 hours of good sleep to burn fat quickly. There is a relationship between sleep and fat burning. Poor sleep can increase appetite, slow down metabolism and weight loss, increase stress, increase muscle tone loss, cause fatigue, decrease mood, increase the risk of diabetes, increase the risk of heart attacks, decreases immune function and reduces life expectancy. The main reasons for bad sleep are hot flashes, digestion, pain, heart, sleep apnea, stress. Then talk about burning fat that should be included in our usual diet to lose weight. To sleep better, it is essential to improve our lifestyle and adopt healthy eating habits.
