I'm sharing how I lost 25 pounds, 2 sizes of dress and 6 "of my waist while still eating a lot of food doing crazy and using 40/40/20 diet plan. .. And I'm doing it again to lose a little winter chub before the summer comes here and you can do with me!
Losing weight can be really difficult, but with minimal effort (30-45 minutes of exercise a day) and good nutrition, ie cutting processed foods and junk you could start seeing results like mine in just 2 weeks !
