Hacking Diabetes

Zac Colley brought something special with him to Offline Camp in June: his insulin. As a type 1 diabetic, you need to control your blood sugar regularly and inject insulin when you eat. But thanks to new applications and portable devices, the old times of indefinite punctures are behind him. In his talk about passion, Zac shared with us some new options to track and transmit diabetes data, and even hack them when necessary.

The participants in the first camp without connection had diverse backgrounds and interests, which go far beyond the offline focus that we met to discuss. Through short talks of passion, the campers shared with us some of the hobbies, projects and technologies that excite them. Here you will find a sample of your passion as a preview of Offline Camp California (November 4-7, 2016). Get more information at: offlinefirst.org/camp
