We talked about fasting to lose weight and reverse diabetes. Can you eat without food for a month? How about two months? Ignore what your friends say about diets when you are losing weight, because they know nothing. It's okay to eat ice cream once in a while, but coffee and artificial sweeteners can delay your efforts to lose weight.
