Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has an overwhelming acid taste.
If you add it to tea before bed, it can significantly improve several areas of your health.
Horrible taste in your mouth with which you wake up in the morning. It is the cause of too many bacteria in your mouth. A spoonful with half a cup of water and a slice of lemon before sleeping, will keep that bacteria at bay and wake you up fresh.
