The progression of diabetes that your doctor will not tell you

Shocking new scientific research discovered how to treat the root cause of diabetes. The doctors of the International Council for Truth in Medicine have perfected these methods of treating diabetes:

In 16 days, the insulin doses of the patients were reduced by more than 57%

A few weeks later, 96% of patients were able to stop ALL medications and injections against diabetes.

The level of sugar in the blood was normalized, the sensitivity to insulin increased and the pain of neuropathy disappeared.

They have already helped more than 17,542 type 2 diabetics to end the need for prescription drugs, insulin injections and blood sugar control.

But you will not hear about this advance from your doctor.

7 steps to help your body recover from diabetes

1. Get your fats in good balance
The overabundance of Omega-6 fats in the diet is a factor that contributes to diabetes. Pay attention to your consumption of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats and try to bring them closer to a 1: 1 ratio. For many people, supplementing with a good quality Omega-3 oil can help while making dietary adjustments. Avoid Omega-6 seed oils and their sources. Eat fatty fish such as salmon and sardines for Omega-3.

2. Fix your Gut
Grains and toxins cause damage to the intestinal lining and facilitate leaky gut syndrome. Beneficial bacteria depleted in the intestine caused by poor diet, the use of antibiotics or a bottle as a baby can make the problem worse. Remove the pimples, avoid toxins whenever possible, and take a high-quality probiotic to help the intestines heal. Some people will have continuous damage to the intestine with exposure to grains, especially gluten, only every 10 days or even every 6 months.

3. Exercise
Even the dominant medical community recognizes the advantage of exercise, since it increases the ability of muscles to use insulin and over time can help correct insulin resistance. However, not all exercises are the same and, fortunately, it has been shown that smaller amounts of high intensity exercise have a better effect on insulin levels (and weight loss) than one hour of moderate cardio daily.

4. Get insulin problems under control
Diabetes is triggered by insulin resistance and the recovery of adequate sensitivity to insulin can help reverse the process. Limit the consumption of processed sugars, grains and carbohydrates and focus on proteins, fats and healthy green vegetables.

5. Reduce stress
Stress increases cortisol and can lead to hormonal imbalance, insulin problems and increases the risk of certain types of diseases. Work to reduce your sources of stress due to lack of sleep, exposure to toxins, mental and emotional sources and poor diet. Getting quality sleep every night can help reduce the levels of the stress hormone and is ideal for your blood sugar.

6. Supplement
Supplements can help your body heal from diabetes, especially as your body works to get proper insulin reactions again. The supplements often associated with the symptoms of diabetes and the improvement of the disease are cinnamon, omega-3 fatty acids, alpha lipoic acid, chromium, coenzyme Q10, garlic and magnesium.

7. Lose excess weight
Obesity and diabetes often go hand in hand, and while the debate still intensifies if one causes the other, studies show that losing weight can help mitigate diabetes and also reduce the risk of it starting. Certain improvements in diet and lifestyle can help you lose weight and are also beneficial for the reversal of diabetes.
