☆ OMAD (one meal a day) 23 hours of fasting / 1 hour of eating
☆ protocol 20/4 (known as warrior diet) 20 hours of fasting / 4 hours of eating
☆ 16/8 protocol (the most common induced fast) 16 hours of fasting / 8 hours of eating
☆ EXERCISE! any type lol just started somewhere
