***Who I am?***
I'm Rachelle and I have prediabetes. I am living as a diabetic to avoid full-blown diabetes. I think we can reverse diabetes through diet and exercise, and to that end, my focus is low-carb, low-sugar, diabetes-friendly foods and diabetes education.
Because I realize that one of the main complications of diabetes includes heart disease, I also promote vegetarian and vegan food, and stress reduction. Yes as meat, but I advocate drastically reducing products of animal origin.
