Boiled Egg Diet – Lose 24 Pounds In Just 2 Weeks! Unbelievable

Boiled eggs not only have very nutritious properties for your health but they are also a perfect ingredient for rapid weight loss. If you include eggs, citrus fruits and some vegetables, you will create a balanced diet. It will improve your overall health as well as help you burn fat without much effort and hunger.

It is crucial to have the necessary water intake. Water hydrates the body and nourishes the cells so they are able to remove harmful toxins. You should drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Do not worry about the amount of water because your body is dehydrated and you will need more water. The more water you drink, the more toxins will be eliminated.

This diet is not a complex one, but like any other diet it limits the intake of salt, sugar, alcohol and soda. If you practice the diet properly, it will help you lose up to 24 pounds in just 2 weeks. In addition, it prevents the yo-yo effect so that you do not regain your weight after you finish your diet.

Here is the list of two weeks:

FIRST WEEK :

MONDAY 01
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch- Two slices of whole wheat bread and fruit.
Dinner- Chicken meat with some salads

TUESDAY DAY – 02
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch – chicken meat with a green salad
Dinner- Two eggs, a vegetable salad and an orange.

WEDNESDAY DAY – 03
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch- A tomato, low-fat cheese and a slice of whole-wheat bread
Dinner- Chicken meat with a large salad

THURSDAY DAY – 04
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Fruit lunch
Dinner – Chicken steak (steamed) with a large salad

FRIDAY DAY – 05
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch – vegetables (steamed) and two eggs.
Dinner- Fish on barbecue and a large salad.

SATURDAY DAY – 06
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch- Fruit.
Dinner – chicken steak with salad.

SUNDAY DAY – 07
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch – chicken meat with tomato salad and vegetables (steamed).
Dinner- vegetables (steamed).

SECOND WEEK :

MONDAY (DAY – 08)
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch- Chicken with salad
Dinner- Two eggs, one orange and salad.

TUESDAY (DAY – 09)
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch – Vegetables (steamed) and two eggs and.
Dinner- Barbecue fish with a large salad.

WEDNESDAY (DAY – 10)
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch – chicken meat with salad.
Dinner- vegetables, two eggs, salad and an orange.

THURSDAY (DAY – 11)
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch- Two eggs, low-fat cheese and steamed vegetables.
Dinner- Chicken meat (steamed) with a large salad.

FRIDAY (DAY – 12)
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch- tuna salad
Dinner- Two eggs with salad.

SATURDAY (DAY – 13)
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch – chicken meat with salad.
Dinner- fruits.

SUNDAY (DAY – 14)
Breakfast – one citrus fruit and two hard boiled eggs.
Lunch – chicken meat and steamed vegetables.
Dinner Repeat what you have for lunch.
