If you want to avoid or reverse type 2 diabetes … lose abdominal fat … have more energy … look and feel younger and delay the aging process, you will have to control your blood sugar levels and, what It is more important, control your A1C levels.

The A1C test is a blood test that gives you an average blood sugar level over the previous 90 days. The higher the percentage, the higher the average blood glucose levels and the higher the risk of having diabetes or related complications due to high levels of blood sugar and insulin.

It is much more accurate than verifying your blood sugar levels.

Needless to say, all of us will see each other and feel much better and actually help prevent MORE sickness by keeping your A1C levels lower.

That said, I'm going to quickly analyze 10 clinically proven ways that you can quickly, easily and naturally improve your blood sugar levels, lower your A1C and help prevent and / or reverse many health problems.

1. Daily exercise

Regular and daily exercise can help you lose unwanted fat. But, more importantly, it helps improve "insulin sensitivity."

2. Eat the right carbohydrates

When you eat carbohydrates, your body converts it to sugar (mainly glucose). As the blood sugar level rises, the body secretes insulin to help reduce it to a normal and healthy level.

Now, carbohydrates are not evil. However, incorrect carbohydrates, especially in large quantities, are bad for your health.

Concentrate more on vegetables, some yams, some rice, legumes, quinoa and whole grains.

Get rid of bad carbs and eat less total carbohydrates. (2,3,4,5)

3. Eat more fiber

Fiber has so many benefits and, unfortunately, most people hardly receive it. You should eat at least 25 grams or more. While most Americans are barely getting around 5-10.

4. Eat smaller meals, more often

I'm sure you've heard about this when it comes to losing weight. However, one of the reasons for weight loss is the decrease in blood sugar levels when eating smaller meals. (9,10,11)

5. Look what you drink

You should never drink your calories, not sodas, juices, alcohol, "shakes" or something similar. Everyone digests quickly and increases the level of sugar in the blood.

6. Manage your stress levels

You can not have health without discussing the management of stress.

The interesting thing is that stress increases blood sugar levels and decreases insulin sensitivity. (15,16)

And this is due to a change in hormones such as glucagon, cortisol, testosterone, adrenal hormones, etc. (17,18)

7. Better sleep quality
You can not control your stress if you do not get enough quality sleep.

Again, this has to do with negative changes in your hormones when you do not sleep well. (20.21)

8. Drink apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar, like exercise, helps reduce blood sugar levels AND improve insulin sensitivity. (22,23,24)

9. Lose fat

Losing unwanted fat and decreasing your belly fat has numerous health benefits.
