FAST FIT for today's aging woman

Are you a woman who is between the ages of 40 and 55 who has struggled with the HIGH and LOW of the diet? Have you reached a point in your life where you feel as if it does not matter what the weight tries is not coming out and just does not feel more like you? Do you feel like this is as good as it will get for you?

Reality check time:

√ As a 50 year old mother of two young children (16 and 10) I do not have time to feel, look or act old. Whatever is old these days. I just do not have time for it.

My body began to crumble in me.

• you name it …. you are probably dealing with it right now.

The tried and true diets I had been following in my youth no longer worked for me. I could not just CUT CALORIES and CLEAN MY NUTRITION and make things magically fall back into place.

The real deciding factor for me was when I was diagnosed as PRE-DIABETIC and I began to show all the symptoms of a THYROID FAILURE. Add sudden food intolerances, and before you know it, as much as you are trying to fight it, you are feeling, looking and acting old. Despite your best efforts.

In 2015, I started investigating intermittent fasting but could not connect with all 20 and 30 years who were on social media showing their version of intermittent fasting. I was starving all day and partying all night, it just was not my thing anymore, maybe 30 years ago.

But I was very interested in the idea of ​​intermittent fasting because of how this younger generation was benefiting from this concept of FASTING. I mean that FASTING has existed for years and years.

So I stayed out of social media and turned to medical books and published research on intermittent fasting. To my surprise, there were so many health and anti-aging benefits for intermittent fasting that I never knew.

In 2016, I made a promise to myself.
That promise was to use my time and energy to educate myself about the aging process and healthy ways of dealing with it. Instead of spending money on copayments and prescriptions I bought books. Instead of spending hours in doctors' offices, I decided to investigate, educate and implement.
